Locally produced lamb, hogget and mutton from our small farm in Elphinstone, Victoria.
Our farming practices are simple and low impact, sheep strip graze our paddocks and have free access to dolomite, lime, salt. seaweed, sulfur, copper sulfate and vinegar.
Animals are processed at Hardwicks in Kyneton and butchered at Cliffords in Castlemaine. All cuts are individually bagged.
Meat available in half sheep bulk bags, 8-14kg bags at $18kg.
